Paid subscriptions are billed through Substack’s payment platform. By subscribing, you agree to Substack’s Terms of Service in addition to these terms.

• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month. Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year.

• You may cancel at any time through your Substack account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again, but no partial refunds are issued for the remaining period.

• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change takes effect.

4. Refund policy

We do not offer refunds on subscription fees, except where required by applicable Australian Consumer Law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us directly and we will assess your request promptly.

5. Intellectual property

All content published by The Daily Dollar — including articles, analysis, data, graphics, and research — is our original work and is protected by copyright.

• You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share our paid content with non-subscribers in any form without our explicit written permission.

• Sharing free content is permitted provided you clearly attribute The Daily Dollar and link to the original post.

• Scraping, automated collection, or systematic reproduction of our content for any commercial purpose is strictly prohibited.

6. Conflicts of interest

We may hold positions in securities discussed in our research. Where relevant, we will disclose our position at the time of publication. Our editorial decisions are made independently — we do not accept payment from companies in exchange for coverage.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from your use of The Daily Dollar shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
